Setting up Zimbra in

The guide below helps setting up Outlook to accept Zimbra e-mails.
Click on the Tools > Account settings... button.

On the appearing window's E-mail tab click on the New... button.

At the bottom of the New e-mail account wizard tick the Server settings or set more server types manually checkbox and click on the Next button.

Let the Internet e-mail selected and click on the Next button.

Fill the input fields and be sure, that the Incoming and Outgoing mail server is set to , and the Username is the full e-mail address!

Click on the More options button: under the Outgoing e-mail server tab tick the SMTP authentication.

Under the Advanced tab choose the encrypted connection for the incoming, as well as for the outgoing e-mails.
Be sure, that the incoming port number is 995, and the outgoing is 465 (sometimes Outlook doesn't set them)!

You can test the settings with the Test account settings... button from the 5. point. If everything is correct, you can end the process with the Next button, and the account will be created.
